To ensure you’re receiving the highest quality items. 

please allow up to 14-21 days to hand make and ship your item to you

We go above to make sure you get your package as soon as possible!

Missing Packages 

Once we ship out your order & provide tracking # we are no longer in control of your package. Please reach out to your local USPS for more information on your Package's location!
